The 48-hour delivery period officially begins once the client submits the "Onboarding Form" with all necessary information. Delays in providing assets will pause the project clock.
Under the "Work for Hire" concept of U.S. law, upon final payment, the client gains full ownership of the website design. Hivium retains the right to display the work in its public portfolio.
Due to the immediate delivery nature of our digital services, refunds are not available once the design process has started. Pre-start cancellations are subject to a 20% administrative fee.
Hivium is not liable for loss of income or third-party technical failures (hosting/domain) outside our initial setup. Services are governed by U.S. commercial laws.
